Purchasing management is responsible for punctual provision of goods and services and for constant analysis of price reduction potential and quality increase opportunity. The department works closely with suppliers as goods logistics must be well-organized. Dussmann aims to establish long-term relationships with its suppliers to ensure consistent quality control. Annual audits of hygiene, environmental and production criteria are carried out as part of the internal quality management concept.
