The payment system for catering services is subject to agreement: cash or cash-free. In the case of cash-free payment an internal card is usually used. The card is either recharged at cash terminals or the amount is deducted from wages at the end of each month. In school catering operations, Dussmann offers parents a number of payment methods such as direct debit, invoicing or bank transfer.
