microwave processing

A cooking method in which raw and thermally processed convenience products are cooked in the microwave using steam and pressure without additional liquid. The temperature during the cooking process is controlled by a special valve. Raw products keep for 3 to 6 days if stored between 0°C and 3°C, frozen products keep up to 6 months
