goods logistics
The task of goods logistics is the organization and coordination of the flow of goods within a company or between suppliers, production, storage and customers, in terms of time, location and quantity. Dussmann Service deploys an IT-supported goods logistics system to administrate data and goods movement consisting of four parts:
- goods logistics program (including organization of listed suppliers, recipe databank, food cost control and yield management, monitoring of cost trends)
- meal ordering systems
- payment systems
- accounting systems
