food hygiene regulations (LMHV)

German hygiene regulations for commercial operations which manufacture, process or sell foods: the LMHV prescribe minimum requirements in food handling, the most important of which is the self monitoring systems in accordance with HACCP for the prevention of health risk and food poisoning. In addition, the LMHV require that all personnel are instructed in food hygiene.
