dietician
Dieticians are experts on nutrition who advise patients concerning special dietary needs. They develop individual diet plans for individual patient needs as diagnosed by doctors and supervise its preparation. Dieticians work closely with doctors, nurses, the kitchen team and of course with patients in order to achieve appropriate, healthy, balanced nutrition. Education concerning preventive nutrition and healthy eating habits is also part of a dietician's task.
