DGEM schedule
A system of nutrition established by the German Society of Nutritional Medicine (DGEM): the schedule was developed for doctors, dieticians and kitchen managers as a basis for application of common dietary needs.
There are four subdivisions:
- standard nutrition and light standard nutrition
- energy defined nutrition
- electrolyte and protein defined nutrition
- special diets
