The Dussmann Service Catering Glossary

The catering glossary was set up on the initiative of Dussmann Service, a company division of the Dussmann Group which has activities across the globe. Under the brand name Dussmann Service, approximately 50,000 employees in 26 countries provide the whole range of facility services from one source: technical services, catering, security and reception, cleaning, commercial management and energy management.
 
The second largest company division, Kursana, provides nursing and care to 10,500 seniors. In addition, the Dussmann Group operates the KulturKaufhaus in Berlin. In 2006, the Dussmann Group achieved total sales of 1.31 bill. Euros and is the largest private multi-service provider worldwide.
