Cook & Chill

Following cooking, foods are shock chilled within 90 minutes to between 3°C and 1°C and then regenerated before consumption. The products can be stored for 5 days. The advantage of this production process is the separation of production and consumption in terms of time and location, without compromising nutrient and vitamin content.
