CIP continuous improvement process
An ongoing process to improve the quality of products, processes and services in all areas of operations. Optimization is achieved through many small adjustments and is the responsibility of every single member of staff. It requires constant analysis of processes and suggestions for new solutions which are developed into new concepts. The objective is to increase quality, productivity, job and client satisfaction and operative efficiency.
