Captain Cook
A nutritional concept developed by Dussmann Service for catering to child-care facilities which is oriented on complete, healthy nutrition. It aims to promote healthy eating habits, an appreciation of food and to prevent nutritionally related diseases. The concept includes calculation of nutrient content of meal plans and the option of special diets and ethnic food. Dussmann Service adapts the catering concept and the ordering and accounting systems to individual requirements and provides support with kitchen equipment and dining room furnishings. Site-specific organic certification is possible.
